An airplane on Runway 29 at the San Luis Obispo Regional Airport was reported to have a stuck throttle but managed to land Saturday afternoon. The airplane was 15 miles out from the airport about 3:02 p.m. and “made it safely to the ground” at 3:14 p.m., a dispatcher on Broadcastify said. One person was on board. The incident was an alert 2 category 1, meaning the aircraft landed safely, according to Cal Fire Station 21 personnel.
